AREA OF EXPERTISE

Jean-Marc is a senior member of the industrial division of the Montreal Colliers International team and an accomplished executive with a proven ability to develop and implement strategies that support his customers’ business and financial objectives. His expertise includes tenant/purchaser representation, property listings (sale and lease), sale-leasebacks, built-to-suits and land development. Furthermore, Jean-Marc offers transaction management services to all his clients, a cornerstone to any successful project. Jean-Marc’s client list includes local privately owned companies, multi-national firms and governmental agencies.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Through his initiatives, Jean Marc has gained invaluable experience in strategic and tactical sales planning. Furthermore, over the last 3 years, Marc successfully brokered over 4.5 Million square feet of commercial real estate in the greater Montréal area including projects for large pharmaceutical companies, multi-nationals and the Federal Government of Canada. 

TRAINING AND EDUCATION

Jean-Marc has trained at the elite Centre for Real Estate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T). Over the past three years he has successfully completed several intensive real estate courses dealing with real estate markets, the theory of negotiation and commercial real estate development. He has also completed training with the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and is in process of completing his Master of Commercial Real Estate (MCR) with CoreNet.
