Arnold has more than 25 years of experience in industrial leasing and sales. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation for industrial properties, construction, development, as well as investment sales. Arnold joined Colliers International in April 1989. He was named Vice President in June of 1996 and a few years later Senior Vice President of the company. His extended experience in industrial real estate led him to become one of the top industrial brokers within the Montréal Real Estate community.

BUSINESS BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Colliers International, Arnold served as Sales Manager for a plastic manufacturing company based in Germany. Arnold was in charge of, among many responsibilities, sales, marketing and product strategy. He gained valuable insight into business development and truly understands the concept of creating value.

Working alongside Norman Laff for over 10 years, another top industrial broker in Montréal, the team now includes a new important member: Jean-Marc Dubé, Vice president and Chartered Real Estate broker. The extended team totaling 8 members including Associates and Administrative supports provide a full first-rate service that is unmatched in the industry. Their complementary skills have enabled them to build a solid reputation within the industry.

Since 2000, Arnold has completed well over 500 transactions and has consistently been a top producer at Colliers International. Arnold’s experience has proven effective in negotiating industrial/investment transactions to the great satisfaction of his clients. 

Across the span of his career, he has completed transactions on behalf of noteworthy clients including Toyo Tires, Home Depot, ATS, Belron, Gildan, Volvo Trucks, Owen Ilinois and kuehne + Nagel,  to name a few, resulting in an impressive total value over the last 10 years over $500G .
